At our September meeting we took nominations for our President, Vice President and Secretary. The following people were nominated: Nicole Dussault (P), Tahia Haque (P), Dina Z. (VP), Kristy C. (VP), Jenny Oh (VP), Jaki H. (S) and Claudia C. (S). We usually have 1 President, 2 Vice Presidents and 2 Secretaries. We will vote at our next meeting on 10/30. If you cannot attend that meeting, email Mrs. Reinhart your votes in advance.
We discussed our Blogs. This TAB informational blog and our Book Review Blog. Also discussed were future program ideas. No decisions were reached on programs but some suggestions were: Book Character Day, a camp-out in the library, a murder mystery night.
When the renovation is completed we will be increasing our YA collection to include more YA Biographies. TAB members worked on lists of people they or other teens might be interested in.
Future meetings: Thursdays, 10/30, 11/20, 12/18.
