We discussed holding our annual TAB party. We usually have it on a Friday night in the Spring. We have it narrowed down to two dates: May 23 or June 6.
An upcoming volunteer opportunity: Collage Craft - Wednesday, April 23 10:30 & 2:30.
We disscussed ideas for our upcoming meetings. Ideas include: a trip to B&N, Taco Night, update booklists. One attendee suggested starting an "Author of the Month" campaign in the YA area. Stephenie Meyer was selected as our March author. I have ordered some additional copies of her books and have an interview ready for display. I would like to have a (or some) TAB book reviews in the blog and also printed for display.
We then practiced for the upcoming--"Leapin' Library Leprechauns." That program will be held on Wednesday, 2/12 from 4:30 to 5:15. We need lots of TAB participants.
Our next meeting will be on 3/20 at 7-8.
